Trisha entering Kannada movies with Shivrajkumar's CM

Trisha is reported to have been approached for Century hero Shivaraj Kumar's next movie with director Raghuram, who had earlier directed him in the movie Cheluveye Ninna Nodalu. The combo's second film has been titled CM.
Trisha, a leading actress in tamil and telugu movies shot to fame with her Miss Chennai Title in 1999. Trisha has won a number of awards for her performances in various movies including four Film Fare Awards.
According to the producer and director Raghu Ram Shivaraj Kumar is playing the role of a CM, but he is not a Chief Minister. CM means a 'common man' and the movie has a very convincing and people-oriented story. The film is all about the responsibilities of youth and the rights of common people and Shivanna in representing youth in the upcoming flick.
Despite Raghu Ram's statement rumour is abuzz that Trisha is likely to play the chief minister of a neighbouring state and the film will chronicle the budding relationship between two heads of states, the other being Shivrajkumars character.
As per a report by TOI Anushka was the initial choice for the role, but the actress had no dates to spare. That's when Trisha was approached. The producer is trying to negotiate with her, but it does seem that her presence in the film is almost confirmed".
